DAVID THOMAS ATKINSON Eileen & family would like to thank all relatives & friends for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards & donations to Hospice at Home following their recent sad loss of David. Thanks to Windermere District Nurses & the Hospice at home team, Graham Skilling for his kind words & comforting service & Anthony Clarke for his efficient handling of the funeral arrangements.
