MYERS Hazel David, Antony, Sarah, Charley and Nicola would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, support, messages of sympathy and for the many cards, letters and flowers received following their recent sad loss of Hazel. Special thanks to The Rev'd Michael Woodcock for the uplifting service of celebration for Haze's life, to Anthony Clarke Funeral Director, for his kind, dignified handling of the arrangements. Grateful thanks to all the Emergency Services for their invaluable help, to the Lyth Valley Hotel for the catering, to Yvonne Sharp for the beautiful church flowers. Thank you to all the many people from far and wide who attended Crosthwaite Church, giving so generously to the British Heart Foundation / Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of Haze. Thank you.
