SOUTHWARD DOUGLAS AMBROSE Mary would like to thank her many friends near and far and the lovely people of Witherslack for all the cards, flowers and loving support at this sad time. Also my grateful thanks to the Clergy and Organist for conducting Ambrose's funeral as he would have wished it to be. To Anthony Clarke for his kind courteous and professional help, his attention to detail which was so appreciated. Ambrose would have rejoiced. Finally many thanks to everyone for their very generous donations to Witherslack Church.
