LANCASTER Rex Carol, John and Family have been overwhelmed by the cards and messages of sympathy received on the loss of Rex. Many thanks to the staff of Ward 6 FGH who allowed us to spend his last few hours peacefully. Words cannot express our thanks to the Old Vicarage Nursing Home, Allithwaite for their unstinting care over the past 5 years. Thanks to Nick Devenish for a beautiful service, to Anthony Clarke for sympathetic and sensitive handling of the proceedings and to the Grange Hotel for an excellent Final Party.
