WALES Isobel The family of Isobel Wales would like to thank all those who attended her celebration service on Wednesday 10th July, 2019. We would also like to thank: Mr. Howarth and his team at the Grizedale unit in Westmorland General Hospital for their devoted care over the years. Liz the community cancer nurse who was always there for advice and support. The Hospice at home team for their advice and help in the night. Stoneleigh doctors surgery. Liz and her team of amazing District nurses in Milnthorpe who were always at the end of a phone, gave impeccable advice and care to our mother throughout her illness. Gail and her team at True Care for their support and home care. Fishwicks Funeral services for their care, dignity and respect. Lastly, Angela and the staff at Heversham House for always being there.
