BENTHAM Thomas Jean, Paul, Ian and family would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for cards, flowers and messages of condolence and for donations of around £750 received for The Christie Charitable Fund. We would also like to thank the District Nurses, especially Alison, Scarlet and Christian, for their excellent care and kindness and Anthony Clarke for his compassionate and dignified funeral arrangements.
