BOWERBANK Rose Rose's family would like to thank all her friends, relatives, former library colleagues and customers for the many cards, flowers and messages. Your condolences and tributes have helped us to cope a little better with the tragic and sudden loss. Thanks to staff at Cartmel Grange Nursing Home for looking after her during her brief stay; and to the two ambulance crews who did their best to save her. Thanks also to Alan Postlethwaite and team for all the funeral arrangements and arranging the collection in her memory. Donations totaling £700 will be going to the Wainwright Animal Shelter who took in her cat. No news of a date for her memorial service yet, probably in the autumn.
