PACKHAM Ruth Richard, Mike, Bob and family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence, messages, kind words received and the generous donations to Dementia UK in memory of Ruth. Thanks also to the Rev Anne Pettifor for the lovely service in Grayrigg churchyard, and to Edward and Brian (J J Martin) for the sensitive way they managed the arrangements. Very special thanks to all the girls at Westmorland homecare for their care and kindness over the years which enabled mum to remain in her own home until the end.
