The Order, as confirmed, will divert the entire width of that section of public footpath no 578006 at Gascow Farm in the parish of Ulverston from GR 329446 476699 southwestwards and south-southwestwards for about 276 metres to GR 329337 476457: to run from GR 329457 476690 southwestwards for 35 metres to GR329436 476663; then south-southwestwards for 120 metres to GR 329395 476550; then south-southeastward: for 5 metres to GR 329399 476547; then southwestwards for 9 metres to GR 329394 476540; then westwards for about 3 metres to GR 329391 476541 and then 99 metres southwestwards to GR 329337 476457. The width of the new path will vary between 1.8 metres and 2.5 metres.
