NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 123 (2AJ of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Lake District National Park Authority intends to dispose of approximately 300 square metres of land at Old Furness Road, Coniston, to the Coniston Mountain Rescue Team (Charity No 504923). A copy of the plan showing the extent of the open space to be disposed of (edged red) can be obtained by email request to simon.dimmer@lakedistrict.

or inspected at the office address below (Covid restrictions permitting). This is a formal notice in so far as the land described above may form part of open space for the purposes of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
