THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH BETWEEEN NOS. 127 AND 129 MAIN STREET, DEARHAM) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cumbria Highways to carry out drainage works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along an approx. 150m section of Footpath which runs in a south westerly direction from the junction with the C2008 Main Street, Dearham between Nos 127 and 129 Main Street A suitable alternative route for pedestrians will be available via the footways of Main Street and the U2091. The Order will come into operation on 9 February 2022 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 3 days.
