Park House Barn Ltd has applied to South Lakeland District Council for a Variation of the* Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate for (Name and address of the premises):

A) To vary the conditions of the premises licence or plan as follows:



The Venue would like to offer services 7 days a week for conferencing facilities and weddings as such a full week running licence is being applied for although we only anticipate running a couple of days a week but they may vary.

B) To supply of alcohol and allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment | to include:-

Public Holidays as SundayHours Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than (insert expiry date for representations - ie, 28 days from first date the notice is displayed at the premises) to the Public Health &Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UD or by emailing licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk The full application, including details of the proposed variation may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday.
