WHY TINDALE FELL? The small hamlet of Tindale lies just within the northern fringe of the North Pennines AONB and just off the A689. Set within open rolling countryside the property offers the eventual buyer a perfect haven of peace and tranquillity and serves as an excellent base to explore the delights of the wider region. The nearby village of Hallbankgate has a pub and a full range of amenities are available in the market town of Brampton, which lies just off the A69, some 6 miles to the west. Brampton is also home to a popular golf club and Talkin Tarn Country Park. A short walk to the south takes you to Tindale Tarn and the RSPB Geltsdale nature reserve. The property remains incredibly accessible despite its rural location.

ACCOMMODATION The spacious internal accommodation bears all the hallmarks of its past useage as a shop, namely the expansive living room with its large windows. The entrance hallway, which houses the oil central heating boiler also provides access to the kitchen, with modern fitted units and a small dining space. A rear door leads from here to a small yard and internally there is access back to the living room and downstairs to the cellar, which with some additional investment could be utilised as a secondary living space. To the first floor are four bedrooms, all of which are a good size, however there are two very large double rooms. The bathroom, which does require some modernisation is ample and has windows facing the fells, providing some wonderful views. Externally the property, which is date stoned 18??, is surrounded by common land and benefits from an adjacent area of lawn which is surrounded by a stone wall.
