DIRECTIONS Entering the Lakeland Leisure holiday resort, follow the road along before taking a left-hand turn by the laundrette and sales office. Proceed to the roundabout and take the third exit. Follow the road along and continue through the stone wall signposted for Golf Village and Adventure Trail. The most fabulous feature is the open plan living space which features a pitched ceiling with sliding French doors opening onto the decked area. The clever design creates three separate, yet open plan, entertaining areas which are ideal for family socialising.

The kitchen has been fitted with a range of soft close, high-gloss, storage units and a complementary three sided work surface which incorporates a one and a half sink drainer with a mixer tap and a five ring gas hob. Fitted within the units is an electric oven/grill with a microwave above, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The bedroom accommodation is located off the reception room. The master bedroom provides good sized double proportions and is complemented with built-in wardrobes and a three-piece en-suite shower room.

The second and third bedrooms have similar sized double proportions, allowing for a small double bed or two singles. Both bedrooms have matching built-in wardrobes and overhead cupboards.

The shower room has been fitted with an equally modern three-piece suite, comprising of a corner shower cubicle WC and a wash hand basin with vanity storage below.
