DALES Traditional Butchers, of Kirkby Lonsdale, will be looking to go one better at this year's Great Yorkshire Pork Pie, Sausage and Products competition which takes place at the Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford, on November 18.
Last year, at Harrogate, the business missed out on the supreme pork pie champion title and had to settle for the reserve prize.
Up-and-coming butcher, 24-year-old Ira Collier, already a champion Young Sausage Maker in another competition, will represent the business at this year's contest.
