PRINTS and original oil paintings by artist Rex Marsden will be on show for ten days at the Silverdale Hotel, in his home village of Silverdale.
Opening on Saturday, September 1, the display is to feature Rex's recent collages of musical instruments, as well as pictures of well-known people and places.
The artist discovered his gift for using oil paints on canvas almost two decades ago as therapy while recovering from a stroke.
Rex's work is described as "a remarkable achievement", given that he has Parkinson's disease and vascular dementia.
