LAKE District flute orchestra Flutes & Co will be performing its festive concert, Sugar Plums & Mistletoe, on Sunday at Lancaster Brewery, from 3pm.
Musical director Sue Nicholls said the ensemble is keen to attract new members, especially young people.
The programme will feature all members of the flute family - piccolos, alto, bass and contra bass flutes - and pieces specially arranged for young players.
It promises to be "a sparkling occasion", said Sue, with mulled wine and mince pies. Tickets from Sue on 07557-919879 or on the door.
