A SINGER-songwriter who has worked with Sophie Ellis Bextor and Atomic Kitten is making it her mission to teach Cumbria to sing!
Saphena Aziz will be heading up a singing workshop at The Lantern House, Ulverston, tomorrow (Saturday) to mark the launch of MusicLeader.
The national project hopes to improve the quality and diversity of music-making opportunities for children and young people all over the country by supporting and training those who teach them.
Saphena's session is aimed at everyone who works with, or would like to work with, young people and music.
