Kay died with her family by her side on 19th November aged 65.
Much loved by all, taken too soon.
Funeral service to take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Wednesday 11th December at 2.00pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Cancer Care South Lakes. All enquiries and donations to Hayes and Parkinson Ltd.
