CRAFT groups from South Lakeland are being asked to take on a charity knitting challenge for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Fans of the pastime are being invited to make legwarmers - all the rage among fashionistas back in the eighties - which will then be sold to trampolinists to raise funds.
Sue Piper, of the charity, said: "Legwarmers are great for garden trampolinists as they help keep their ankles warm in cooler months."
