THE owner of a boathouse in Bowness has been targeted by thieves twice in four days.
Between Wednesday (May 1) and Saturday, the boathouse at Cockshot Wood was raided and items including an aluminium teaset and trolley were taken.
And a blue grey Yamaha outboard motor was taken from the owner's rowing boat, which was moored on Fell Isle, Windermere, some time between 2pm and 5pm on Friday,
Police have not said whether they think the incidents are related.
