HOPES that the national park's Brockhole Visitor Centre would attract over a quarter of a million people by the end of March 2015 are in doubt. The park expects visitors numbers to come in at around 200,000 by April - missing its target by 55,000 people. There are hopes the centre will attract 300,000 people annually by 2017.
