A SOUTH Lakeland outdoor education specialist was chosen to organise an abseil for the children's TV channel CBBC.
The abseil, held at Tilberthwaite, near Coniston, was aired over the Easter period and was organised by High Points, in Backbarrow.
Alyn Griffiths, programme co-ordinator for High Points, said: "It was a great complement to be chosen by the CBBC team to host their abseil and we enjoyed the challenge of ensuring the film crew had access to the best camera angles, without compromising safety."
