Rosemere Cancer Foundation hopes to raise £1.5 million with its 20th anniversary appeal
SHOPPERS who gave £920 to the Rosemere Cancer Foundation at Booths' supermarket in Kirkby Lonsdale have been thanked by the charity.
Members of Lunesdale Rotary Club did the collection just before Christmas. The money will go to Rosemere's 20th anniversary appeal to help cancer patients, including those at Westmorland General Hospital, Kendal, and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. For more, see www.rosemere.org.uk
