TWO new detached houses are on the cards for Swarthmoor village, near Ulverston.
Detailed plans for the two-storey properties by applicant Owen Rainford, of Bowness, met with approval from South Lakeland District Council.
They are to be built on part of the garden of Beckthorn, at Ulverston Road, using light render, stone and grey concrete roof tiles.
