L’ENCLUME in Cartmel won the prize for Best Restaurant Experience at the GQ Food and Drink Awards hosted by Claudia Winkleman. The magazine said: “L’Enclume is more than just food; it is an exemplar of local sourcing and creativity. If mindful dining exists, this is it.”
