COME weekend and well-known broadcaster and author Stuart Maconie will be in the Kendal Poetry Festival spotlight, reading from the One for the Road anthology he wrote and edited with Yorkshire poet Helen Mort.

Stuart appears at Kendal's Castle Green Hotel on Sunday, between 3pm-4pm, alongside a fantastic range of writing workshops, talks, readings and a late-night open-mic session that will take place at the hotel during the whole festival weekend.
