OVER the past week, the Gazette team has been searching through pictures from its Camera Club members to find its favourite August pictures.
The shortlist for this month includes swans at sunrise at Sandscale Haws by Graham Kidd, Grasmere by Daryn Davies, Coniston by Angela O’Neill and Duddon Estuary by Simon Hall.
To vote for your favourite pictures, that will be used in the 2019 calendar, visit The Westmorland Gazette’s website.
At the end of this month, we will be choosing the contenders for September, so we are keen to see more of your summery pictures.
September is the last month that the Gazette will be seeking pictures for but keen photographers can continue sharing their images of the area on the Camera Club Facebook page all year round.
To join the Camera Club and share your own photographs with other like-minded photographers, simply search ‘The Westmorland Gazette Camera Club’ on Facebook and send a request to join the group.
