Eighteen new homes are on the cards for Armathwaite
PLANS for 18 new homes in Armathwaite met with approval from Eden District Council.
Developer Genesis Homes, of Penrith, is proposing a mix of dwellings from bungalows to family houses, including four affordable homes.

The company's head of land, John Blue, said the site will help meet "the great need for quality housing in Cumbria".
