Fire crews search for casualty after crash
FIREFIGHTERS attended a road traffic collision in Bowmanstead yesterday (September 23).
Fire engines from Ambleside and Broughton were called at 10.16pm to the incident near the Ship Inn.
Crews carried out a thorough 360 degree search for a potential missing casualty and carried out environmental protection for a diesel spill.
Crews were in attendance for one hour.
