Hoteliers Malcolm and Jennifer Hutchinson have put the Lairbeck onto the market as they are retiring after 11 "enjoyable" years at the Victorian country house.
Property agents Mere Commercial say the hotel, located at Vicarage Hill, is highly popular with returning guests, and has "very good" reviews on internet booking sites.
The business trades for seven to eight months of the year, but there are "opportunities to further increase profits" by opening the hotel all year round and offering dinner and afternoon tea, say the agents.
