Windermere Road at Grange-Over-Sands has flooded as rain lashes South Lakeland
The River Kent at Kendal is also rising swiftly as Storm Callum continues to hit the area.
The A591 near the Shenstone roundabout outside Kendal is blocked.
The A591 at Grasmere is also closed.
There are amber flood alerts for the River Kent and River Bela, as well as the rivers Brathay, Rothay and Winster.
Flood warnings have been issued for Keswick Campsite and the River Eden at Carlisle. https://flood-warning-information.service.gov.uk/warnings Rain is expected to last in Cumbria until around 8pm tonight.
