STUNNING: Philip Sanders’ picture of the sunset
THIS stunning picture captures the setting sun off the coast of Walney in all its glory.
The awe-inspiring photograph was taken by Philip Sanders and shows the rippling edge of the tide breaking onto the beach.
The unbelievably-large deep yellow sun is disappearing over the horizon illuminating Ørsted's windfarm in the Irish Sea - currently the world's largest.
Mr Sanders posted the photograph on his Twitter profile at www.twitter.com/pjslds36 and was happy to share it with The Mail's readers.
