Held at the Leisure Centre the Sunday Fun Day Even was packed with lots of fun-filled activities for all the family, including a bouncy castle, a ball pit, arts and crafts activities and a treasure hunt.
Those attending were also given the opportunity to take part in yoga and Drum Nation workshops.
The event was held on Sunday November 4th, and it was organised by Kendal Integrated Care Community (ICC).
Dr Amy Lee, a doctor based in Kendal said: “We were really happy to see so many families come along to the Sunday Fun Day event.
"It was the perfect opportunity for people from our community to get together, have some fun and most importantly have conversations about their health and wellbeing.
