A NATIVE woodland, twelve acres of land and a traditional Cumbrian stone-and-slate barn with prior approval for conversion to a house are all to be sold at auction.
The three separate lots, all located near Millom, on the edge of the Lake District National Park, are being sold by H&H Michael CL Hodgson.
They will go under the hammer at public auction on Wednesday, November 14 at Victory Hall, in nearby Broughton-In-Furness.
Bridge End Barn, at Hallthwaites, has a guide price of between £80,000 and £100,000.
Gornal Ground Wood, which extends to more than 12 acres, features mixed hardwoods including oak and sycamore. Its guide price is £50,000 to £60,000.
The 12 acres of enclosed grazing land and woodland at Gornal Ground, near Thwaites, also has a guide price of £50,000 to £60,000. The parcel of land is described as having "obvious appeal to hobby farmers, horse owners and investors".
