PLANS for 92 homes on the edge of Kents Bank, near Grange-over-Sands, have been put forward by developer Holbeck Homes.
The mixture of two, three and four-bedroom properties is being planned for farmland south of Allithwaite Road. The site is allocated for development in the South Lakeland local plan.

The company is also seeking outline planning consent for up to 90 extra-care apartments on the 12.7 hectare plot, together with some commercial units.
