A HEALTH survey is to be sent to 25,000 homes in the area by Westmorland and Lonsdale MP Tim Farron,
Mr Farron explained that the objective of the survey was to help get a better idea of local residents' experiences using local health services and how they could be improved, and will update previous surveys the MP has distributed.
“Whether it’s long waits at A&E, parents struggling to access mental health services for their children, or the huge distances cancer patients have to travel, hundreds of people contact me with their concerns each week," said Mr Farron.
“The information I get back from this survey will be essential in the fight to get a better deal for local people and to safeguard vital local health services.”
The survey can also be completed online and can be found at www.southlakeslibdems.org.uk/healthsurvey.
