A Kendal man has been fined after pleading guilty in Court
JAMES Anthony Shaw, 26, of Longlands View, Kendal, was fined £150 after he pleaded guilty at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour at Dalton-in-Furness within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused alarm or distress.
Shaw was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
