PANTO season returns to Grange-over-Sandson Friday as the curtain goes up on Robin Hood.
The youngsters of Grange and District Amateur Operatic Society are the stars of the show, which features scenery by Helen Lawler; period costumes from Hilary Stubbs; props such as swords, bows and arrows by Sarah and Steve Shires; and sound and lighting by Bob Somerset and his young team. Stage manager Jim Robson is heading the backstage crew.
Performances are at Grange's Victoria Hall tomorrow (December 7) at 7.30pm; Saturday (December 8) at 2.30pm and Sunday (December 9), also at 2.30pm.
The production team of Jean and Mick Malkin, Ann Heap and Gillian Darrington have thanked supporters and helpers including Dianne and Ian Sissons, the Hazelmere cafe and bakery, Johnston's Jewellers, Higginson's butchers and Grange Lions.
