A talented chef who starred on the popular BBC2 cookery show Great British Menu is offering everyone a chance to win a ‘Great British Menu Experience’ worth £300.
Following on from the success of a recent Christmas Canape Cooking Demonstration, Craig and Louise Sherrington, from Craig’s Kitchen in Ulverston, have donated two Great British Menu Experience vouchers to help raise even more funds for CancerCare North Lancashire and South Cumbria.
Each voucher is for two people and is worth £150 per person (£300 per couple).
This includes all four courses that Craig cooked on the Great British Menu series as well as wines. Each course will be presented as seen on the show, complete with props and a chance to talk to Craig about each course and the inspiration behind them.
Raffle entries cost £10 each and the number of entries per person isn’t limited so people enter as many times as they wish.
Craig, who is originally from the Lancaster and Morecambe area and now lives in Ulverston, says he is delighted to be supporting the raffle as CancerCare has been helping many families in Ulverston, Barrow and the wider Furness Peninsula.
CancerCare is an independent charity dedicated to helping families affected by cancer and other life limiting conditions in North Lancashire and South Cumbria. Delivered by qualified and highly experienced staff, the charity’s wide range of free professional therapy services are designed to help individuals and their families come to terms with and manage the challenges of a serious health condition.
