TWO men will appear in court in Barrow tomorrow after being charged following a crash with a police car.
Two men from Manchester have been charged following investigations by south Cumbrian officers.
The charged men are:
·Billy John Carl Johnson, 27, of Reginald Street, Eccles
· Stephen Ayrey, 26, of The Gardens, Eccles,
Both men are charged with possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply and handling stolen goods.
Johnson faces a further charge of dangerous driving.
The charges follow an incident where a car was in collision with a police car and two parked vehicles in Kirkland, Kendal, at about 11.45am on Friday.
Both charged men remain in police custody ahead of an appearance before Barrow Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
