HIPPING Hall chef Oli Martin is through to the final four of BBC show MasterChef: The Professionals.
The 30-year-old cooked a sweet dessert version of spaghetti Bolognese to the astonishment of the judges.
Oli became head chef at the hotel, at Cowan Bridge, near Kirkby Lonsdale, four years ago.
Originally from Lytham, his progress is being followed with excitement by colleagues at Hipping Hall.
Oli will make his next appearances on the BBC2 show on Tuesday (December 18) and Wednesday (December 19), when the final four chefs will be whittled down to three for the final on Thursday (December 20).
