FRESH plans to demolish a garage at Ulverston's Drill Hall on Lightburn Road and build a three-bedroom house have been submitted to South Lakeland District Council.
Documents state that applicant John Satterthwaite started building before clearing some conditions that were part of the previous planning consent for the two-storey dwelling. He apologised to planners for the "oversight".
The plans for the property feature Juliet balconies, sandstone quoins, a slate roof and white wooden windows.
