FRESH plans have been submitted for a new four-bed house at a former Haverthwaite timber yard.
Applicant Dave Wood already has consent for the dwelling at Saunderpot How, but the revised design has a larger floor area and more glazing.
The house is also to be built further away from neighbours, according to new plans lodged with the Lake District National Park Authority.
An existing bungalow at the site is to be refurbished.
