MILNTHORPE'S weekly Friday market has been quiet due to poor weather and sickness, members of Milnthorpe Parish Council heard at their recent meeting.
Cars being parked at The Square despite market-day parking restrictions and barriers are still a problem, councillors were told.
They also heard the market supervisor is seeking a new horticultural stallholder to replace the plant stall that is leaving the market.
