A LORRY carrying pallets got stuck trying to pass under a bridge near Skipton Hospital this morning.

The incident was reported to have occurred at around 10.10am in Keighley Road.

There are no reports of injuries and no other vehicles involved.

An eyewitness said a few pallets fell into the road but did not hit anything.

"I live close to that area and there is a ridiculous number of trucks who get right up to the bridge and then have to reverse all the way down Keighley Road causing chaos," he said.
