SNIPPETS from this newspaper's 200-year history can now been seen adorning the walls of our reception at Wainwright's Yard, Kendal.
The display panels have found a new home following last year's popular exhibition at the town's Museum of Lakeland Life and Industry to celebrate The Westmorland Gazette's 200th anniversary - "From Wordsworth to the Web".
Our year of bicentenary events also included the creation of a limited-edition ale, Wezzie Gezzie, by Hawkshead Brewery.
