THE Lakes and North Lancashire team of estate agents Fine & Country won the regional award at the company's 2019 gala dinner and awards ceremony.
The glittering industry occasion took place at the QE11 Centre in Westminster, London.
On the win, Andrew Kneale, managing cirector of Fine & Country Lakes & North Lancs, said: “We are elated to be recognised for our hard work and dedication over the past year.
"This award is a culmination of our efforts throughout the last 12 months and a symbol of our commitment to excellence within the property industry."
The team has offices in Kendal, Windermere, Ambleside and Lancaster.
