SOUTH Lakes MP Tim Farron has run on average five miles every day for charity.
Mr Farron has completed the RED (Run Every Day) challenge to raise money for South Lakeland Mind.
The MP ran at least five miles every day for the entire month across the South Lakes and also down in London when he was required at Westminster.
Mr Farron said: “It's been a huge challenge, especially given Parliament isn't exactly quiet right now, but I've enjoyed every step.
“South Lakeland Mind do amazing work for people with mental health problems locally, so if you can donate a couple of quid to them I’d be massively grateful.”
