A NEW three-bedroom home is being planned for a plot of garden land in Ulverston.
Mr S Bailey is applying for consent to build at Sunny Bank, Three Bridges, in the town.
The slate-roofed, white-dashed dwelling would have white uPVC doors and windows, and two off-road parking spaces.
Plans are with South Lakeland District Council.
